L’Atelier Baptiste & Jaïna signe une série de sept chandeliers à cinq branches pour l’Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud. Une attention particulière a été portée aux matières et aux effets du temps sur celles-ci.

Les chandeliers sont formés de cinq grands fûts en céramique aux teintes rappelant le beige du Tuffeau, pierre omniprésente à l’Abbaye et au noir de l’ardoise. Ils sont disposés en crescendo sur une structure circulaire en acier, soulignant une impression d’élévation.

 

 

 Atelier Baptiste & Jaïna designed for L’Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud a series of seven Chandeliers with five-branch. Particular attention has been raised to materials and textures.

The candlesticks are made up of 5 large ceramic barrels in shades reminiscent of the beige of Tuffeau, a stone omnipresent in the abbey and in the black of slate. They are arranged in a crescendo on a circular steel structure, emphasizing an impression of elevation.
